This Week on IFC: Documentary Now! Heads To Iceland's Al Capone Festival

This week Documentary Now! continues to bring you offbeat stories with "A Town, A Gangster, A Festival," a spotlight on Iceland's annual festival honoring American gangster Al Capone. SNL's Aidy Bryant guest stars on this look at a town obsessed with one of the world's most notorious criminals.

Each week on Documentary Now!, Bill Hader, Fred Armisen, and executive producer Seth Meyers shine a light on some truly unique stories through the art of documentary filmmaking. We've already met the ladies of Sandy Passage, gone on the hunt for drug lord El Chingon with the DRONEZ team, peeked behind-the-scenes of the troubled Kunuk production and delved into a murder case with faulty evidence. This week things get even weirder when a documentary crew profiles fans who have devoted their life to the scourge of Chicago.

Be sure to catch "A Town, A Gangster, A Festival" this Thursday at 10P on IFC. And for more Documentary Now!, explore the series archives and consider making the most edifying purchase of a lifetime—the 294-disc definitive collection  of the 50-season long show.
